We provide a solid foundation and integration of quality management systems and standards. IntePros Federal understands the   system integration requirements   for major Government projects, which often  involves integrating existing disparate systems into a new system or platform

IntePros Federal operates with the understanding that accurate integration is an essential part of all major Government projects.  System integration involves integrating existing often disparate systems. System integration is also about adding value to the system, capabilities that are possible because of interactions between subsystems.

We understand that in today’s connected world, the role of system integration engineers is becoming more and more important: more and more systems are designed to connect, both within the system under construction and to systems that are already deployed.

As the system evolves through development and moves into operation, requirements will likely change based on the customer’s evolving needs, which then will lead to changes in the system capabilities. Today, technology is improving constantly and rapidly; an average project’s life span can last from few months to several years. Over the lifetime of any given project the hardware and software designs can become obsolete due to technological advancements. Changes can be introduced for many reasons, including Safety, Compatibility, Correction of Defects, Survivability, Security and Product improvements. These changes can significantly reduce life cycle costs and introduce performance improvements.

Integration must be a well-planned and coordinated effort between the government and contractor.  For integration to be successfully introduced, Configuration Management (CM) process must be implemented and followed. IntePros Federal follows the rigors of CMMI Level 3 to formalize and assure configuration management and proper integration.
