Our versatile experience working in complex technology environments enables us to develop and integrate full lifecycle, enterprise-wide applications that are agile, scalable, and aligned with business processes. By applying proven development tools, methodologies, and domain expertise, we minimize risk, control costs and assure seamless integration into existing operating environments.

Whether it is integration or full-scale development, our approach is collaborative and involves the client from requirements to acceptance. The IntePros Federal approach targets functionality and minimizes cost and scheduling variances. Our CMMI-based development process ensures predictable results.

IntePros can support your IT projects from first conception through implementation and maintenance. Our team of analysts, developers, database experts, and managers can bring the right skills to each phase of a system’s life cycle including:

  • Feasibility studies to determine realism of approach
  • Requirements analysis, development, and documentation to ensure traceability and track ability
  • Architecture analyses to assess the best target architecture
  • Identification and evaluation of off-the-shelf products wherever possible
  • Prototyping to help end-users validate and articulate needs
  • Database design using current techniques and tools
  • System design and development in a variety of environments using our software development lab for testing and demonstrations
  • Testing traceable to requirements
  • Legacy data analysis, scrubbing, and migration
  • Deployment into your environment
  • Training tailored to your users needs
  • Preparation of high-quality documentation, especially user manuals and help systems
  • On-going maintenance to track change requests/new requirements and ensure user satisfaction.

Since our best practices have proven so successful, clients look to IntePros when challenged by tight timeframes, vague requirements, large databases, and large-scale applications integration.

Your task may span only a small part of the development life cycle, or help you build a system from first steps to deployment. Throughout the life cycle, IntePros, uses tested procedures, guidelines, and checklists to ensure the on-time delivery of quality products while operating at CMMI specs.

Sample Experience

US Marine Corps, JPEO

IntePros Federal maintained and expanded the JPEO-CBD Business Enterprise Architecture (BEA). We supported the JPEO KM office in developing a BEA based approach to managing the organization’s information systems, both current and future. This includes EA artifacts that comply with the published DoD and Federal Enterprise Architecture Frameworks, including (but not limited to) performing necessary analysis and developing the documentation for EA governance procedures; program management planning and execution; business process modeling documentation; inventory of current systems and processes: performing gap analysis; and generating a sequencing plan. We developed the business process documentation required process modeling, process improvement, and documenting resulting efficient processes incorporating requirements to quantify program attributes so as to support course of action (COA) selection employing structured decision-support techniques (e.g., data analysis methods, simulation) and developing quantifiable business cases. IntePros was responsible for supporting this effort by assessing the current JPEO architecture baseline, considering both technical and programmatic elements affecting operational efficiency and supportability. This included implementing a data collection framework and providing analysis of findings that provide the KM office with a basis for developing rational, empirical COA recommendations, and a Return on Investment (ROI) assessment.

United States Central Command

IntePros provided development and system administration support for the Combined Media Publication Center (CMPC) at the CENTCOM South East Regional Service Center (SERSC) in Qatar. We supported web analysis tools to assure CENTCOM could access and review multi-source information systems from remote locations. We enaged multiple levels of users to understand access requirements and business needs to develop procedures and improve the user interface. We redesigned the application to work with new web browsers while maintaining compatibility with legacy browsers such as IE6 and Netscape 4.1. We provided system administration of other software products and applications as well. As a result of this effort, IntePros’ role was expanded to support additional critical systems.

Furthermore, IntePros engineers developed system maintenance procedures to incorporate best practices and lessons learned for system installation. We standardized daily administrative functions to review database, storage capacity, memory usage bandwidth usage and diagnostics from system monitoring tools. Additinally, we developed a web GUI to allow users to monitor the system environment and search-result databases.
