Department of Homeland Security
IntePros Federal was assigned to lead the ITS Data Centers located in northern Virginia, a team that aggressively supported fast-paced DHS programs. IntePros wass responsible for providing operational guidance and oversight of the operations of approximately 15 existing systems as well as the build out, testing and operation of 15 additional systems that were installed during 18 month period. Other responsibilities included: Leading a growing data center team of approximately 50 engineers and technicians, Supported the data center, systems design, build out and operations requirements of multiple project managers, Coordinating schedules, budget and reporting, Providing both internal and external reports and metrics tracking regarding performance of data center operations and the achievement of agreed upon SLAs and SLOs, and Providing process and process implementation guidance to the data center team. ITS was operating under a CMMI Level 2 paradigm and was seeking to enhance that to Level 3 within 18 -24 months as well as comply with the appropriate ITIL standards.
Department of Housing and Urban Development
IntePros Federal supports the HUD data center providing Citrix system administration for the installation, configuration, process optimization and quality assurance of Citrix server-based applications with web-based access. The IntePros System Administrator upgrades Citrix test center and production farms providing 24×7 web server interface and SQL Server back-end connectivity. Other related activities include: Citrix Farm design, Build, management and support of Citrix XPE 3.0 and platinum 4.5 farms in a Windows Server 2003 environment, Citrix Server Virtualization and resource management, Advanced tasks for Citrix Server maintenance such as load evaluator modifications, idle sessions timeout maintenance and application and server connectivity resolution, and Documentation of Citrix Server Configuration and Maintenance Schedules.
Our support services include providing data center software license and Citrix system upgrades and coordination with HUD headquarter data center operations. Effort includes multi-site security policy enforcement and enterprise network connectivity management.
