IntePros Federal offers information assurance (IA) solutions to secure enterprise systems and networks with particular expertise in protecting IT infrastructures for our customers who operate in classified environments. We design, configure, and deploy security architectures based on assessments of our customers’ current and future IT needs, mission objectives, and regulatory requirements, in addition to specific threats from unauthorized users. In connection with implementing tailored architectures, we help define and implement IA policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure effective future IT planning. Defense Logistics Agency
As part of the Infrastructure and Operations team, IntePros consultants coordinate and patch all Certification (CERT) Taskings and Advisories, applying hot-fixes and planning / implementing all Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) submitted findings. We coordinate documentation updates and instruct the production hosting provided as to the architecturally correct way to operate the Enterprise Business System (EBS) suite of tools. We’re responsible for updating Virtual Machine Server (VMS), server lockdowns, and ensuring full scalability/capabilities are being used. Additionally, IntePros evaluates new requirements for application prototypes and implements them to support ongoing application build efforts. We also ensure the applications are protected from data loss and that the secure posture of DLA is maintained when implementing new application functionality.

IntePros provides a range of network security and infrastructure services including tier-3 and 4 help desk support, systems engineering support and maintenance, software configuration design and configuration, and monitoring of security logs and systems, as well as incident response. Specific responsibilities include: Redesigning the configuration of the Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) product, High level engineering support for SEP, Incident response for network security risk and virus alert on network, using Remedy for ticket tracking, Use of Microsoft Systems Management Server (SMS) for remote management of the Flash administrative package package, Network security and content filter support with the use of Blue Coat software, and Monitoring network security with Cisco’s Security Monitoring, Analysis, and Response System (MARS).
