Maintain the current site-unique baseline for Windows servers, workstations, and laptops.
IntePros Federal provides subject matter expertise and functional specialist support to maintain the current site-unique baseline for Windows servers, workstations, and laptops. This also includes the migration to the global Department of Defense Intelligence Information System baseline. Under the contract, IntePros implements standards and procedures for building and configuring approved operating system baselines on various server hardware baselines. This encompasses the documentation and implementation of standards and procedures for building and configuring approved operating system baselines on various workstation and hardware baselines. IntePros designs, configures, installs, and optimizes complex server systems for advanced server functions and for clustered server solutions for redundancy and fault tolerance benefits. The main assignment is to work with the capacity management tool, CiRBA. IntePros develops the implementation of this tool and configures the setup process across the sites. CiRBA shows users the utilization of servers, analyzes it, and provides recommendations for hardware that is over-utilized or underutilized. CiRBA is predictive analytics software for managing capacity, resource allocations, and workload placements. It enables organizations to intelligently transform, control, and automate virtual and cloud infrastructure. IntePros uses it to correct infrastructure and optimize placements and allocations to reduce risk, prevent issues, and make the best possible use of the infrastructure based on utilization requirements and operational policies.
