As of March 2016, IntePros Federal has been appraised at Level 3 of the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI).
IntePros Federal’s Quality Goal is to work with our government clients to clearly define all task and mission requirements, fully understand those requirements and strive to meet or exceed the government’s expectations. Our team’s technical depth, familiarity with the culture, proven capability to perform across task orders, and rigorous Quality Control (QC) program will sustain the high level of performance that the government has come to expect.
Our quality control is the policy and function that promotes excellence throughout established processes, procedures and tools implemented throughout a task. Quality is frequently equated with testing, but on the most effective projects it covers the spectrum of project activities and associated deliverables from all project phases. The quality of the effort is not solely a result of quality deliverables; but, is also a product of good project management, accurate requirements, good service design adhering to industry best practices within CMMI standards, and effective use of time and resources.
Quality is a result of strong planning as well as developing and enforcing the use of process and standards throughout the project lifecycle. Our QC program is based on CMMI Level 3 processes and is robust, proactive, continually improving, and highly effective in measuring our quality of performance.
