Network Operations, Maintenance and Services

IntePros Federal performs network management to include controlling, planning, allocating, deploying, coordinating, and monitoring the resources necessary for proper network operations, maintenance, and services for our customer’s IT architecture. IntePros Federal coordinates infrastructure details with other outside organizations and with other contractors or vendor personnel to promptly resolve issues, questions, and problems. Our team provides high-quality IT capabilities and services that are expertly integrated with our client’s business processes and enable the accomplishment of needed information processing by performing the network operations, maintenance, and services listed in this section. IntePros Federal maintains a daily operations log to document significant events affecting network operations and/or application services availability. Our team maintains a weekly maintenance schedule to document maintenance activities for the upcoming week. The schedule contains, but is not limited to, system being maintained, date/time of scheduled maintenance, and Government representative that authorized maintenance. In addition, IntePros Federal maintains a weekly non-core hours and on-call/surge support plan to manage FTE work schedules outside of core hours. The plan includes, but is not limited to, FTE names, scheduled hours, work center, work to be performed, and Government representative that authorized schedule.

  • List of Video Teleconference (VTC) Assets and Locations
  • Incident and Problem Management Performance Metrics
  • Incident and Problem Management Performance Trend Analysis
  • IT Service Desk Performance Metrics and Trend Analysis
