Continuity of Operations (COOP)

IntePros Federal maintains the ability to meet contingency operations (emergency disruptions and disaster recovery), continuity of business operations, and surge conditions. Contingency operations ensure continuation of services during periods of crisis such as natural disasters, enemy acts, and military exercises. Surge conditions cover periods in which IntePros Federal would need to increase staffing to support national wartime mobilization. IntePros provides staff support the primary contingency site during core hours and be available for non-core, as required. IntePros also has augmentation staff with proper security clearance requirements to support contingency operations at the primary contingency sites


IntePros Federal develops and maintains a comprehensive but concisely written COOP plan which addresses all Federal mandates in coordination with our client’s that documents the procedures and areas of responsibility that ensure continuation of services including both failover and recovery actions. COOP plans are reviewed semi-annually and updated as required. IntePros Federal conducts an annual test of the implementation and maintains the capability to begin execution of the Contingency Plan consistent with the provisions of the approved plan.
